Dr. Daniel Baronas is a dedicated chiropractor originally from St. Catharines, Ontario. His academic journey began at Concordia University in Montreal before transferring to McMaster University, where he earned his Honours Kinesiology degree and completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC).
Dr. Daniel is an avid sports fan and former multi-sport athlete, having captained McMaster’s 2011 Vanier Cup championship-winning football team! His own athletic experiences, including a variety of injuries, sparked his interest in chiropractic care.
Over the years, he has gained valuable experience through internships in rehabilitation and strength and conditioning with amateur and professional sports teams. These experiences have shaped his holistic approach to treating both acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues, using a combination of diversified techniques such as Active Release Therapy (ART), Spinal Manipulative Therapy (SMT), Graston Technique, joint mobilization, and rehabilitation exercises.
Dr. Daniel strongly believes in a proactive approach to pain relief and overall wellness, frequently advocating the philosophy that “Movement is Medicine.” Outside of the clinic, you can find him engaging in recreational sports, exploring new restaurants with his partner, Tamara, or spending quality time with their dogs, Leela and Simon!

Katherine is a compassionate and dedicated body worker and her goal is to help her clients achieve optimal wellness and be an active member in their recovery. She has a deep understanding of therapeutic massage techniques including Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point release and petrissage which she uses to create tailored treatments for her clients. Katherine also works with activated nervous systems to help calm and relax the body. She believes that enhancing her client’s well-being also happens outside the treatment room, where she likes to educate and send clients home with targeted stretches, strengthening exercises and hydrotherapy remedies. Katherine recently graduated from the RMT program at Langara College and will be taking her licensing exam in September.
